The Jan Harmsgat Breakfast includes homemade muesli and yoghurt with fresh fruit, Boere benedict with a freshly baked croissant topped with garden greens, tomato, cheese, bacon, two soft poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and sprinkled with biltong dust.
Freshly squeezed juice and fresh brewed coffee or tea. Lunch and dinner menu changes frequently as the kitchen utilizes fresh produce grown in its own garden.
Diners are sure to be pleased with choices such as aged fillet of beef, grilled sole with mussel and white wine sauce, Springbok loin with red wine sauce, or our famous slow roasted lamb shank.
Salad is picked fresh daily in our garden. It is often said dessert should be eaten first, for it is not to be missed. Pecan pie is a specialty made with the organically grown pecans from the farm and topped with homemade ice cream.
