The thunderstorm started on the Thursday night and continued throughout the weekend towards the Avalon Springs side of town. Yet no rain and not a cloud in the sky!
The Harley Owners Group committee did a fantastic job organising the event, hosting 389 Harley Davidson motorcycles and 570 people.
For the last three years, they have hosted this event in Oudtshoorn, with Montagu being fortunate enough to be the destination booked for next year already and potentially the year after.
The event consisted of many activities including a popular ride through the Tradouw Pass, a mass ride through the town of Montagu, live music and Harley games on the Saturday afternoon.
An amazing R40,000 was raised for the Friends of the Hospital, not to mention the money spent in our town. Montagu thanks everyone involved and will welcome you with open arms next year. Drive safely and see you then!

The organisers have sent this message to Montagu..
"Great venue, great town, friendly and accommodating townsfolk. Trust we did not cause too much disruption but prepare yourselves....we will be back next year!"
