Laid-Back & Soulful Blues Rock
The Stander Gang is a Stellenbosch/Cape Town based band lead by vocalist & guitarist Rick Stander and the multi-instrumentalist Simon van der Linden. They have been playing together since they were in University in the 80's.
They are joined by bassist Schalk Joubert who has played with everyone from Crash Test Dummies to Hugh Masekela and David Kramer. Percussionist Vernon Swart who is known for his drumming with Valiant Swart completes the quartet.
Expect some groovy and laid-back blues, rock and folk music along the lines of JJ Cale, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Muddy Waters.
This is a donation style show with free entrance.

We will be serving burgers, pregor rolls, oh so incredible gourmet salads from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. You can order from our menu when you arrive, no need for pre ordering.

Your seats will be reserved for you, we set tables to make sure all guests have the best view and sound possible.
