Join us for our second transformative 2-hour workshop led by certified therapeutic coach and somatic facilitator Frances Briggs, designed to help you reset, reconnect, and regulate your nervous system.
In this immersive and interactive session, we’ll integrate the power of breathwork, mindful movement and gentle yoga to guide you toward a state of deep relaxation and inner balance.
