RIM OF AFRICA HIKE 2018
Places are filling up on SA's longest mountain traverse. . .
If you have never planned to hike one of the most remarkable routes in the Cape, then it is time to sign-up for Rim of Africa. This once-a-year wild hiking event is way off the beaten path and a must for every serious hiker. Applications are now open for the 2018 adventure.
The 2018 route has a number of updates . . .


There are 9 traverse sections to choose from this year, each between 6 or 8 days in duration.

Rim of africa is about accessing remote parts of the Cape Mountains for weeks at a time. If you have ever thought about doing this hike - now is the time to book your place.

Applications close 28 June 2018. This is an annual event with limited places available. Complete your online application today.

We are introducing new guides this year on a number of sections, each with years of knowledge and experience.

Being part of this adventure is an opportunity to share and give back through choosing a participation donation that supports community, trails and youth outreach.
