Change Agents South Africa will this year partner with Nelspoort Advice & Development Centre in Nelspoort. It's a small rural community within the Central Karoo that has a population of close to 2000 people. Project Winter Hope has been running since 2015 in Montagu and our Board decided to spread our wings to other communities in need as Montagu is well resourced and gets a lot of assistance during this time. The aim is to bring hope during a time when it's cold, wet and where people are basically struggling to survive. We collect and distribute blankets, pre-loved clothes, & shoes, shocks. beenies, food, meat, soup ingredients.
