Mind - Body- Soul Full Day Retreat

Join us for a one-day retreat where you get to give yourself the gift of taking time away from everyday stresses, you get to immerse yourself in nature with like-minded individuals and just be…breathe…take in your surrounds…relax…
Your day will include grounding meditations and yoga with self-reflection time. You will have a nourishing vegetarian lunch and refreshments and snacks served through the day. Your guided horse interaction is an experience of attuning energetically with a herd of horses, you get to switch off, be present and see life challenges you may face in new light. The group experience is a shared experience whilst the spiritual conversation that occurs with the horses is individual and private and your own inner exploration.
This retreat is proudly offered through a collaboration of The Equinox Trust - horses changing and Steenboksvlakte Farm, located in the Breedekloof valley, just outside of McGregor. The Equinox Trust focuses on empowering communities in need and aims to provide wellness and mental health to those seeking health and support. Steenboksvlakte is a Wine grape and Almond farm with a dabble of Prickly pear. The farming activities portion is quite small in relation to the whole of the farm, which consist mainly of the veld type known as 'Robertson succulent Karoo".
