The whole town has herb fever. Stop at BluVines district and try to name but a few herb inspired dishes - Trout with spekboom salsa, Lamb cutlets with mint sauce, Norwegian salmon with dill, caper and taragon sauce, not to mention their Herb salad with edible flowers.
