James Grace in Concert
22 April 2017 at 6pm
Montagu Museum, Long Street, Montagu

In his first solo performance for the Montagu Music Society, acclaimed guitarist James Grace will present an innovative and exciting programme with a strong Spanish theme. Featured works include Granada and Asturias from the Suite Española by Isaac Albeniz, Capricho Arabe and Receurdos de la Alhambra by Francisco Tárrega, and Joaquin Malats’ Serenata Española.

Also included in the programme will be works from Grace’s new show Guitar Hero 2, featuring uniquely arranged songs for classical guitar by singer / songwriters such as Eric Clapton, James Taylor and The Beatles.
