On Thursday 14 April Gustavo Romero, celebrated pianist and Professor of Piano at the University of North Texas, will give a recital including works by Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Sibelius, Respighi, Bloch and Chaminade.
In January and February Gustavo played a mammoth series of seven concerts during which he performed all 32 Beethoven Piano Sonatas at the Baxter Theatre in Cape Town. He is internationally renowned for his exceptional technical brilliance and interpretive depth and has gained an acclaimed reputation for his commitment to in-depth exploration of a wide variety of composers. This concert is the perfect way to get you in the right spirit for the Easter Weekend.
Tickets for this not-to-be-missed event will be available at The Montagu Bookshop (+27 (0)23 614 2772) from Wednesday 30 March.
