Winter warmer with CACOPHONOUS COLOUR!!
The Friends of the Montagu Museum (FOM), as you probably know, consists of a Committee that has now been given the mandate to get involved with the organization of events and exhibitions at the KWV complex in Long Street. This also involves making the KWV complex a center for the benefit of the wider community of Montagu. To kick off this very exciting venture, the FOM is organizing an event that combines fine art with the human voice entitled: CACOPHONOUS COLOUR.

Sounds unusual, doesn’t it? Representing ‘Colour’, local artists Hanna Naudé and Chris de Wet will be exhibiting their paintings at the Art Gallery, and the ‘Cacophonous’ will be brought in through the mass choir and individual choir performances at the opening of this exhibition where the wonderful combination of sound and colour will come to life.

We, the Friends, would like to welcome everyone to join us for this event which will take place on:

Saturday, 2 July 2016 at 3.30 pm at the KWV Court Yard and Art Gallery.
