Barrydale in Bloom is a garden safari where all the town's beautiful gardens can be experienced on foot or on a rented bicycle.
All proceeds of the festival are for the benefit of the Barrydale hospice.
Other features of the festival are:
a garden market at Karoolkie, speakers such as Dr Ernst van Jaarsveld, workshops such as Jill Manson's Flowerscapes, guided tours, dancing, music and food. a Great festival for the whole family.
