Yoga & Fitness Classes in Montagu at the ACVV

Janetta is a highly-experienced yoga teacher, originally trained in the UK and then Israel. She has been practicing different styles of yoga for over 15 years. This non-purist flow style yoga and fitness class is taught in a multi-level format with safe modifications and is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

This will be the 5th year that Janetta has held classes in Montagu with regular classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Her Monday and Friday classes are best suited to people with a regular fitness programme. Wednesday morning is dedicated to more of a stretching class for all levels

Janetta is now is joined by Karen Le Roux for a brand new beginners course. Karen has been practising yoga since her teens. She completed her yoga teaching training in Cape Town 10 years ago. Her teaching experience range from teens, people with mental disability and addicts in recovery. Her main teaching objective is that the practice should be accessible and sustainable to all, young and older growing.

Traditional yoga principals and techniques are taught to provide a complete workout for mind and body.
The practice does not adhere to any particular philosophy, religion or type of meditation.

Normal classes resume on
Monday 16th January: Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 7.45 till 8.45am
