A passion project by the Burger Family. Inspired by the the diverse properties of the Prickly Pear plant we have created a range of Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Gins. Nestled snugly between Montagu and Barrydale, Tahlia is an ever evolving dream that produces a unique experience.
The basis of all Tahlia’s Cactus Spirits are what you would traditionally expect of Gin and Vodka, but we have put our own twist on it by infusing them with Prickly Pear Cactus leaf and fruit to give it a very distinct taste.
