My kitchen is nestled in the quiet Koo Valley, just a few minutes away from Montagu, giving me the freedom to find and source free range and organic produce.
I believe my strengths lie in my creavity to produce dishes with no added artificial toxins, "keep the food clean and pure" is my motto.
Trained in Germany in the Hotel industry at very young age, gave me a good start and since then I have grown each day. I am offering weekly new sweet and savoury delicacies.
From Ciabatta rolls, Pizza bases, Wraps (all made with GMO free Stone ground flour). International delicacies: Burek from Croatia, Streusel Schnecken and Sauerbraten from Germany etc.
For those needing special attention with their diet, I can assist with Gluten Free, Banting, Vegetarian and Vegan.
I will cater for Dinner Parties and Events up to 20 pax.
