Olive Stone Farm

A unique farm-inside-a-town experience awaits with Olive Stone Farm self-catering cottages. This hidden jewel offers a romantic and serene getaway nestled between a grove of olive trees. Walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and art galleries, Olive Stone Farm is characterized by its architecture, welcoming warmth, beauty, and attention to detail.

Each unique cottage has its own private rock pool, braai area, inside fireplace and a wood fired hot tub. Guests can be accommodated in either Olive Cottage (twin or king bed), Stone Cottage (twin or king bed) or Farm Cottage (twin or king bed).

All the cottages were entirely built from locally sourced stone, offering guests a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, hot inside and outside showers, soft and luxurious linen and towels and locally sourced soaps and creams. The cottages are equipped with electric blankets, hot water bottles and gas heaters for the cold Karoo winters. Installed batteries and inverters see to it that all electricity needs are met ensuring a comfortable stay. All rooms are non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke on the patio.

Olive Stone Farm is a working farm that produces its own delicious olive oil, bottled olives (when in season) rusks, proper free range eggs, pecan nuts, vegetables and herbs. Guests are welcome to stroll around on the farm and visit the free range ducks, sheep and chickens and harvest vegetables from the garden.
