Stephen was formerly an executive chef at the Mount Nelson Hotel as well as Sun City, so he is well-versed in compiling a versatile menu. His philosophy is “food & beverage is a life-style” and his contemporary take on slow-cooked bistro cuisine should be enjoyed as a memory.
The newly-renovated restaurant is contemporary and chic, and partaking in a lazy lunch becomes an indulgent experience in the beautifully shaded courtyard under 100 year old Saffron Pear Trees.
