(PLEASE NOTE: This tool will ONLY work on Windows XP!!)

To Install:
----------

 - Once you have saved the file onto your computer, simply double-click the file "photoresizer.exe" to install.
 - It installs very quickly and will NOT confirm that it was successfullly installed.
 - To check that it was correctly installed, 
   right-click on any image (ie: JPG, BMP, GIF) and check that you have the option "Resize Pictures"
   If you do not have this option, start again.

To Use:
-------

 - Right-Click on any image file (ie: JPG, BMP, GIF)
 - Select "Resize Pictures"
 - Choose the desired photo size (recommended size is 640 X 480)
 
Notes:
------

 - This will create a new file with the new dimensions, and will leave the original as it was.
 - The new file will be created in the same directory where the original photogragh is.
 - If you are going to be sending alot of photographs, select the "Pam Sized" option.
 - Select and resize several images at the same time. Highlight all the images you want to resize, and select "Resize Pictures"
