The first Beer Festival at Montagu's Mystic Tin was a great success with a good turnout. Everyone who chatted to us expressed delight at a great event which was well executed and well attended. There was plenty to eat and drink, the gardens - both front and back - were full of happy punters and the crowd had a good time.
Napier Bier joined the Karoo Brew to serve up some of the best beer in the country. The crowd was well fed with a choice of delicious steak rolls, sushi, curry, wood fired pizzas and chinese street food - all prepared by various traders on the night. Colourful lighting, bonfires and music made the place come alive on the night and the party continued until well after midnight.
Look forward to a proper Oktoberfest in the Autumn / Spring, and another Montagu Beer Festival next Summer.
