The 20km is a beautifull trail that is for the fit and experience runner. It is on the Bloupunt hiking trail that offers wide variety of interesting features for runners and hikers. It varies between ravines with mountainstreams and craggy cliffs with awe-inspiring rock formations. At the top of Bloupunt the view is breathtaking and one can see Ashton, Bonnivale, McGregor, Montagu and Robertson.
You have to carry at least 2l of water and other supplements as well with you on this trail

Both 17km and 10km courses comprises awesome single loops of mountain trails located within the Montagu Mountain Reserve.Both runs starts from the Avalon Springs Hotel, weaves through Badskloof Gorge and follows the Cogmans Hiking Trai.

The 17km Trail run is rocky and technical in places so be prepared to forfeit your PB on this one.

The 10km is a lovely Trail run for the “not so X-treme ones”.

The 4km Fun run is through Badskloof Gorge and back. A lovely run/walk for everyone.
