Hospice AGM 2016
Thursday, 25 August 2016We hereby inform you that our Annual General Meeting and Presentation will be held on Wednesday, 25th August, 2016 at the ACVV Service Centre (Cnr./of Truter and Paul Kruger Street,) Robertson - starting at 17h30.
Everyone is warmly invited to attend this function where our guest speaker on the evening will be Diane Rudman-Gagiano who will be known to many of you as the Mayor of Langeberg. Diane is a loyal supporter of Breede River Hospice and is very aware of the impact it makes on all communities.
Hermie Wentzel, Chairman of the Board, and Sr. Jane Phillips, General Manager, will be reporting on our achievements and developments over the last year and also sharing our plans and outlook for the year ahead. - Much has happened and we have much to look forward to.
Please note, in terms of how we are constituted, nominations for any potential new board members must be submitted to the Nominations Committee 15 days prior to the AGM -by Tuesday, 9th August, 2015 - by any person. The official Board Member Nomination Form is available from our office or on request by email.
Members currently on the Board are: HermieWentzel (Chairman), Penny Retief (Vice-Chair), San-Mari Burger, Gert Lubbe, Carin Conradie, Andrew Lucas, Dr. Shane Cornelius, Lorka Hayman and Sonia Naude.
Our 2015 AGM Minutes and the Financial Statements are available on request from our office should you wish to review them.
