Eating out in Montagu

Eating out in Montagu offers a wide variety of choices, from the more laid back, affordable and family oriented establishments, to the more discerning for the refined palate and pocket.

I am often asked to recommend a restaurant and this is not as easy as it seems, so I normally base my decision on my last good meal in Montagu, who doesn't?

Owning a restaurant in Montagu cannot be easy, as one unfortunate dining experience is relayed from one to the next like wildfire! That said, quality ingredients, such as friendly and attentive service, an interesting and well prepared menu, discerningly selected local wines, ensure a great story on your return home.

"An Eating Innovation Steak nights at the Montagu Manor. Simple affordable and cooked by an expert. Seating max 14 in their dining room; it is like a supper party without the washing up. A juicy sirloin steak cooked just how you like it, salad, vegetables and potato wedges followed by coffee. BYO. We booked, we dined and we had a great evening. Thanks Alan and Sherrill."
