Klein Karoo at its best! Situated between the majestic Langeberg mountains and the Klein Karoo koppies lies our Farm Rietvlei Grove. We are about 10 km drive outside Montagu off R62.
Our guest accommodation, Plum Cottage in fisherman's style is free standing and located in quiet and peaceful surroundings. The cottage is self-catering and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area comprises an open-plan living and dining room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Additional 2 single beds are in the loft (carpeted) under the thatched roof up the ladder, ideal for young people and children. From the patio with 'braai' you can enjoy the lovely view over the valley with fruit orchards (plum, peach and apricot) and koppies with typical 'fynbos' vegetation.
On a cold day in winter you can light the wood fired 'Welcome Dover' stove inside. We provide you with wood for the 'braai' and/or stove. Hiking, biking, horse riding on near by farm. German spoken.
